Michelle Boss Barba served as Founding Artistic Director at Ethos Music Center, where she initiated, designed, and implemented diverse state-wide music education programming. She also was a program officer at Oregon Community Foundation, one of the largest foundations in the state. Michelle currently serves on the board at Caldera Arts, and on the school advisory council at her children's school. Previously, Michelle was on the Guadalejara Sisters Board. Michelle brings with her a strong commitment centering diversity, equity, and inclusion due to her lived experience growing up in an immigrant household.
