Miguel Cobian serves as RACC's Director of Philanthropy — a new position created in 2025. In this role, Miguel will oversee RACC's diversified fundraising strategies through individual and institutional giving, with a focus on major gifts and national foundations.
He brings over a decade of development experience with both local and national non-profits, as well as political campaigns. Miguel served on the Board of Governors for the Human Rights Campaign, and on the Philanthropy Advisory Board for the PSU & OHSU School of Public Health. He's also held marketing positions at Apple and Google.
