After a brief hiatus, Phoebe rejoined RACC’s Arts Education team in October of 2018 . Her role is to work in tandem with our investors (individuals, corporations, and foundations) to build strong community partnerships that help to ensure sustainable funding for the many worthy arts education initiatives that RACC supports. She came to the organization with more than 16 years of fund development experience working on initiatives from child and family services, education, and youth development to eradicating cancer.
With a B.A. in Sociology and Art from Linfield College, Phoebe loves the intersection between creativity and collaboration and is perpetually motivated by the transformation that can occur when a group of caring, committed individuals set out to make brave, audacious change.
When she’s not in the office, she can usually be found adventuring with her two young children, Owen and Elliot and husband, Grant. During fleeting moments of down time, Phoebe enjoys baking, photography, writing, travel, and entertaining her friends during ill-advised karaoke sessions at various Portland watering holes.
