The City of Hart Economic & Redevelopment Team invites innovative artists to submit proposals for a unique tree sculpture that incorporates solar panels as leaves, providing a pedestrian-accessible USB charging station. This installation should blend artistic creativity with functional design, harnessing solar energy to offer a sustainable charging solution for downtown visitors.  The solar limbs shall be constructed in a way to reduce vandalism and the potential for climbing the sculpture.  The base should be prepared to mount to concrete.
