About the project:

Washington County’s Center for Addictions Triage and Treatment (CATT) is a project that was developed from the ground-up by listening to the voices of individuals in recovery. When finished, it will consist of two buildings, the Beaverton Recovery Center and the Hillsboro Recovery Center, which together will provide a comprehensive array of substance use treatment and supports. The CATT will be the first of its kind in Oregon, offering sobering, withdrawal management, residential treatment, culturally specific outpatient treatment, peer services, housing supports and crisis services, all provided in a coordinated manner. The buildings that will house the CATT are currently undergoing extensive renovation. The design team is transforming these aging offices into welcoming, serene spaces by using modern finishes, calming color palettes, and natural daylighting strategies to create a welcoming environment for those seeking treatment and support services.
