Paul Vinelli is an author and librarian based in California. He has staged and performed in original plays for elementary and special education students as a member of a children’s theater troupe, and is a recipient of a 2024 writing scholarship from The Highlights Foundation.

Emily Lux is an artist and educator focusing on the power of community building through art and personal expression. Her focus is to spread the idea that art belongs everywhere, in multiple forms, and should be accessible to everyone. Emily has participated in shows both locally and internationally, provides collaborative venues for local artists to display their work, and serves on the Forest Grove, Oregon Public Arts Commission. Emily’s current primary art forms are community-based public murals, children’s book illustration, sketchbook work, and painting.
