The City of Hart seeks a talented artist or team of artists to design and construct a larger-than-life-sized sculpture of a troll fishing on the bank of Hart Lake. The sculpture will be a permanent outdoor installation, designed to blend its natural surroundings.  It should be whimsical, imaginative, and constructed primarily from natural elements such as wood, stone, and other organic materials. The piece must be durable and weather-resistant, able to withstand the outdoor elements year-round.
