We currently have spaces available in our 10,000 sq ft artist-run studio building on the yellow max line in close-in NE Portland. Spaces range from 125-150 sq ft and $325-350/month. All utilities included with rent,  including wifi. Building has 24 hour access, a fenced in 2,500 sq ft yard, a shared woodshop for an additional fee, and we’re pet friendly.
