Located in the historically registered Sparks-Engleman Building, we are excited to offer this project space in the heart of Downtown Vancouver’s Arts District. We are within a block radius of several artist collaboratives, and provide an abundance of amenities such as:

• Semi-Private Bathroom (not open to the public)
• Securable Storage Cabinets
• Sink
• Soap and Paper Towel Dispensers
• Electric Outlets
• Refrigerator Hookup

We are offering this space as a month to month project studio, with users able to decide how long they will need it for.  We are open to both individual projects as well as group collaboratives. This space is a part of Our 3rd Space, which is a queer owned, all inclusive incubator aimed at building up community!
