Accessibility Statement

Updated March 2025. At the Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC), we prioritize accessibility as a core value. We want it to make it easy to gather information, learn about and apply for resources, participate in networking and training opportunities, and conduct business. Whether using assistive technologies like a screen reader, magnifier, voice recognition software, or video captions, our goal at RACC is for you to find what you need with the fewest barriers, while having an enjoyable experience. We are constantly noting opportunities for growth and learning. We continue to devote our resources to further enhance the accessibility of our programs, services, and virtual outreach.

If you have any issues or concerns, or come across any barrier accessing elements of our website, please email us at info@racc.org. We will work with you to provide the information you seek through the best method of communication for you (for example, through a video or phone call).

Our access services for online events include transcription, and real-time translation (by request). Our info sessions are recorded and posted to our YouTube channel with captions, and live information sessions will feature ASL interpretation by request.

Accessibility On-Site

  • Our office space covers the first and second floor of our building, located at 411 NW Park Avenue, Suite 101, Portland, Oregon 97209, and includes an ADA-compliant elevator.
  • All-gender restrooms are located at the RACC offices including ADA-compliant sinks on both floors.
  • Our office can be reached by public transit and is located a few blocks away from Portland’s transit mall. Local streets adjacent to the RACC offices have curb cuts.
  • Our building is located in an area with both off-street and on-street, paid parking.

Creating universal accessibility is an ongoing process. We are constantly learning and evolving to continue to meet the changing needs of our community. Please contact us if you have suggestions about how we can improve accessibility by emailing info@racc.org.
