The Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC) connects artists and creatives to opportunity and access. An independent non-profit organization, the Regional Arts & Culture Council supports greater Portland’s creative economy by equitably providing and advocating for funding and services to artists and art organizations; engaging with arts educators to ensure Arts Education for our school children; managing and growing our diverse, nationally acclaimed, public art program; and developing long-lasting public and private partnerships.

Through our website, events, and social media channels, we want it to be easy for everyone to gather information, learn about and apply for funding, participate in networking and training opportunities, and conduct business. Whether using assistive technologies like a screen reader, magnifier, voice recognition software, or video captions, our goal at RACC is for you to find what you need with the fewest barriers, and to enjoy the experience.

At RACC, we are noting opportunities for growth and learning. We continue to devote resources to further enhance the accessibility of our programs, services, website, and social media engagement.

If you have any issues or concerns, or come across any barrier accessing elements of our website, please feel free to call 503-823-5111 or email us at info@racc.org. We will work with you to provide the information you seek through the best method of communication for you (for example, through a video call or telephone support).

Our access services for online events include transcription in English and Spanish for public videos and real-time translation (by request). Our workshops and public meetings are recorded and posted to our YouTube channel with captions, and live grant information sessions feature ASL interpretation on the Zoom platform, which is included in recordings of these sessions.
