About Careers at RACC

Thank you for your interest in employment with RACC.

COMMITMENT TO EQUITY & INCLUSION

Regional Arts Culture Council (RACC) has one mission – to enrich our communities through arts and culture. We believe that the arts have the power to change hearts and minds and to inspire social change. We also believe that arts and culture are key elements in creating desirable places to live, learn, work, and visit.

As a RACC team member, your work will help to educate and empower people from all walks of life by providing and promoting access to a diversity of art and cultural experiences. If you are eager to make a difference, that is a great start. To best serve our communities, we need commitment – to our mission, our goals, and, most importantly, to the people we serve.

As part of this commitment, RACC will ensure that persons with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodations to participate in the application, interview, and hiring process. If reasonable accommodation or an alternative form of this application is needed to participate in the job application or interview process; to perform essential job functions; and/or to receive other benefits and privileges of employment, please contact info@racc.org.

EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and strive to cultivate equity in all of our programs. Prejudice and privilege have created barriers that RACC must dismantle, systematically and strategically, until everyone in our community has equitable access to arts and culture.

THE ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS

RACC only considers applications for positions that are currently available. Résumés received that do not specify an open position will not be considered, and unsolicited materials will be discarded.

New opportunities will be posted on the main careers page when available.

HYBRID WORKING

Our team is currently working in a hybrid model. We ask that team members attend two All-Team Meetings per month, in person.
