Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Assist in the hands-on creation of fine art pieces, from casting and sanding to painting and finishing.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete studio production tasks.
- Support studio organization by managing materials, keeping tools in order, and maintaining clean work areas.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to troubleshoot and problem-solve during production.
- Maintain our high-quality standards while meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Participate in ongoing training to refine skills and learn new production techniques.
Requirements
- Prior experience in art production, manufacturing, or a hands-on creative role preferred (but not required for fast learners).
- Comfort and skill with hand tools, power tools, and production materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed creative and technical instructions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a busy studio.
- Positive, collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team of ambitious, creative women.
- Ability to lift and move materials or artwork as needed.

Pay/Hours
- Starting part-time with the potential to transition to full-time.
- Starting at 24 – 32hrs a week.
- $18 – $22 Hourly.
