imperfecta was founded in 2023 with the primary goal of showcasing and promoting women artists and underrepresented minority artists — we do not exclude anyone yet our main focus is to support categories that have typically underrepresented in the art world. Because of that, we ensure that at least 80% of our artists are either women or underrepresented minorities.
Artists can engage with imperfecta in 3 ways: by becoming a Gallery Artist, by joining as a Collaborative Artist, and by summitting work to group show open calls.
