Mural Artist Wanted for Large Outdoor Mural
Location: 45th and Hawthorne
Dimensions (wxh): 46.5 ft x 12 ft
Pay: TBD – fundraising is still in progress, but we can guarantee a minimum payment of $1000, plus complimentary float tank sessions.
Timeline: We’d like this mural completed by the end of September.
Expectations: We will prep the wall and prime it. The selected artist will be responsible for acquiring their own paints and executing the design.
What we’re looking for: Float On is an employee-owned float tank center. We’d like the mural to represent our broader community values such as solidarity, community, and interconnectedness. We aren’t looking for artwork that directly references floating or float tanks but general themes of introspection or peace are also welcome.

This doesn’t have to be a fully fleshed-out design, just enough to give us a sense of what you’d like to do. Please include 3-5 examples of previous artwork as attachments.
