Hello Portland!
Our studio is entering a new phase as we’ve decided to restructure to make the most sense of our space and position within Portland’s creative community.
Currently, we are looking to develop over 1000sf of studio (within our 6000sf building) for a new tenant or tenants. We are looking for creative workers who would like to be adjacent to or part of our fabrication space.
The studio is the well lit with large skylights and would be a perfect space for almost any creative. A portion is currently set up as a metal fabrication studio and we are willing to keep it fully tooled for someone interested. We can also see it being an amazing space for ceramics, painting, sculpture, textiles, upholstery, jewelry, CNC, etc etc. The list goes on. Want to rebuild an airstream? You can do that here now! Our current woodshop will remain in place and would also be available for access. Rent is dependent on footprint as well as use of the space.
In addition to the dedicated space for rent, the studio shares 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette, drive in loading / bay door, a common flex area for events, photos, conferences etc. We encourage art shows and exhibitions and of course we are dog friendly.
