Hello!
ADX is seeking musicians for our First Friday gallery openings in the upcoming year! We are looking for folks as early as February 7th to play short sets in our event space during our gallery openings.
We split beverage sales between musicians performing, generally ranging from $50-75 for a 30-45 minute set.
This is a great opportunity for emerging musicians and bands who are looking for opportunities to play shows and practice performing in front of a welcoming audience! We have hosted several bands performing their first audience-facing show during a First Friday. We’d love to continue this tradition!
The majority of our gallery openings are a mellow atmosphere, so we are looking for music to accompany this vibe- but we have a few shows that could handle some high-energy performances!
Dates are as follows: February 7th, May 2nd, June 6th, July 11th, August 1st, September 5th, October 3rd, November 7th, and December 5th.
If you or your band are interested in performing please email info@artdesignxchange.com with a brief introduction, the dates you’re interested in, and a sample of your music (video, audio file, youtube link, etc.)!
If the date you request is no longer available, we would still love to keep your information on file! We host regular events and always love to give a platform to local musicians.
