Ivan Salcido joins the RACC team as the Public Arts Installation and Conservation Tech. His art-handling experience includes the Portland Art Museum and a number of local galleries. He is also currently a part-time assistant professor in the Foundations Department at PNCA. Ivan has continued to develop his skillset by working in a variety of fabrication shops over the years.

Apart from working with arts organizations, Ivan is a practicing multidisciplinary artist. Originally from El Paso, TX, Ivan holds an MFA from the University of Texas at San Antonio, he makes sculptures, paintings, prints and installations. His latest series of artworks draws on personal experience, family history, and interests in collectibles for inspiration.
