Amber joins RACC as the Office Coordinator, supporting the entire team with her logistical and administrative savvy.
With a degree in World Arts & Cultures from UCLA, Amber's career has taken her around the globe - working with non-profits from Tajikistan to Sri Lanka to Portland. Amber founded and directed Smartypants, an art education center in North Portland for 1-10 year old artists and their families. She has a deep seeded belief in the power of arts education to empower people on an individual level, as well as inspire broader social change.
In her free time Amber enjoys being crafty. She dabbles in woodworking, murals, painting and fiber arts. She spends as much time outside as possible, when it isn't raining.
