Eleanor began her role as Public Art Project Manager in early 2025, building on her previous work with RACC as an independent contractor. Eleanor has over 15 years of experience in museum and arts administration, most recently as founder and principal of LOTUS art & museum services, offering hands-on support and consulting to collecting institutions, arts organizations, and artists in the areas of collections care, project management, and grant writing. Before starting her own business, Eleanor worked for the Oregon Arts Commission for 6 ½ years, first as exhibitions coordinator and collections manager for Oregon’s public art collection, and then in a position managing the state’s public art program, public art projects, and grants for artists. She completed RACC’s Art of Leadership program in 2017, and has served as a grant review panelist for the Oregon Cultural Trust, Oregon Heritage, Oregon Folklife Network, and RACC.
When not busy putting skills to work in service of arts & culture and as a parent, Eleanor enjoys exploring her own creative practice through collage, drawing, and various fiber arts, as well as spending time outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
