Kathleen Holt (she/her) is an organizational and leadership development consultant who guides and supports teams in their efforts to achieve equitable outcomes and nurture inclusive work cultures. As part of her consulting practice, she recently served as an interim ED of APANO and also Partners for a Hunger-Free Oregon. She specializes in facilitating processes that change organizational culture and embed equity and inclusion into policies and practices. Kathleen was raised in post-colonial Hawai’i and identifies racially as Asian American and Native Hawaiian. These lived experiences inform the rigorous power analysis and social justice approach she brings to her work as a consultant, community member, and parent. She lives with her spouse and two teenagers in Southeast Portland.
